Today, we are very proud and happy to celebrate 75th Independence Day of our beloved nation India. We salute the great leaders and freedom fighters whose bravery and sacrifice of life has given us the opportunity to enjoy the freedom. Despite severe spread of the deadly Corona virus which has claimed thousands of lives in the last one and half years, crippled our normal life, snatched livelihoods from millions, yet life continues to move on. Our nation has so many accomplishments in 2021 to celebrate today in the midst of the pandemic. Indian athletes came out with flying colors in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Our heroes at the border displayed highest level of courage and determination to protect every inch of our mother land from external threats. Our front line Covid warriors have sacrificed their normal routines, taken risk of their life to save millions of COVID-19 victims. Resilience of our farmers have been able to produce bumper crops despite of several natural calamities. Many of our little known heroes have helped & supported the victims of cyclones, floods, drought and pandemic with all possible ways that they can do demonstrating unprecedented level of compassion and humanity. …thus the list of accomplishments is endless.
Let us hoist our National Flag today and sing the National Anthem with pride and hope that we shall beat the pandemic together, shall march forward economically, socially, spiritually, science & technologically and rise again as the most advanced, prosperous, happy and peaceful nation of the world.
On this blissful day, let us take a pledge today that we shall maintain social & religious harmony for internal peace as well as encourage our brothers and sisters to do everything required to protect the environment from climate change in order to save this lovely human civilization and our beautiful planet earth.
